1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SmartPrompt (smartprompt.co.in), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from SmartPrompt for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SmartPrompt
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or abusive content
• Interrupting the normal flow of dialogue within SmartPrompt

In no event shall SmartPrompt or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SmartPrompt, even if SmartPrompt or a SmartPrompt authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Premium Purchase Terms

5.1 Payment

• Premium is a one-time purchase of ₹299 INR (founding offer for the first 25 members; ₹499 INR thereafter)
• No recurring charges, no subscription, no auto-renewal
• Payment processed by Razorpay (secure payment processor)
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout

5.2 License Key & Activation

• After payment, a license key is emailed to you, typically within a few hours (maximum 24 hours)
• Premium is activated by entering the license key on the website
• One license key per purchase; the key is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold, or published
• Premium activation is stored in your browser; clearing browser data may require re-entering your key
• Lost keys can be recovered by emailing support@smartprompt.co.in with your payment ID

5.3 Lifetime Access

• "Lifetime" means for the operating life of the SmartPrompt service
• Your one-time purchase includes all current premium features and future updates to them
• If the service is ever discontinued, no further payments would have been collected from you

5.4 Refund Policy

• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
• Email requests to: support@smartprompt.co.in with your payment ID
• Refunded license keys are deactivated
• After 7 days: non-refundable
• Processing time: 5-10 business days

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 SmartPrompt Content

All content, code, design, and functionality owned by SmartPrompt is protected by international copyright laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your prompts and transformations. SmartPrompt claims no ownership. You grant us permission to:

• Store data in your browser (you control this)
• Process your transformation requests
• Use anonymized analytics to improve the service

7. User Conduct

You agree to use SmartPrompt legally and responsibly. You will not:

• Create misleading or deceptive content
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Violate anyone's rights or privacy
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated tools without permission

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

9. Modifications

SmartPrompt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
